西方恐祭制裁 俄傳已作準備

（中央社台北2014年3月13日電）根據彭博社引述4名知情人士透露，俄羅斯政府官員和企業人士在預期併吞烏克蘭克里米亞地區勢不可免下，已準備因應類似對伊朗的制裁。

根據要求匿名的知情人士透露，凍結俄羅斯外匯儲備、銀行資產，暫停對企業放款等西方伊朗式制裁報復，被視為不太可能發生的最糟情況。

知情人士透露，官員正在計算制裁措施造成的經濟代價。部分政治領袖希望蒲亭（Vladimir Putin）緩和對危機的反應。

一知情人士透露，一旦爆發你來我往的制裁戰爭，恐讓財政和貨幣政策倒退10年。另一位則表示，對峙升溫恐讓盧布失血1/3。

蒲亭發言人培斯科夫（Dmitry Peskov）謝絕評論。

在俄羅斯出兵克里米亞半島後，烏克蘭危機引爆俄國和西方國家自冷戰結束以來最嚴重的對峙。德國總理梅克爾（Angela Merkel）11日警告，倘若蒲亭政府不採取行動降溫緊張，歐盟制裁勢在難免。（譯者：中央社劉淑琴）

市調：蘋果平板可望採全貼合

（中央社記者潘智義台北2014年3月13日電）專業顯示器市調機構DisplaySearch預期，為提升光學效果，追上其他品牌規格，2014年蘋果iPad用觸控面板有機會改採全貼合。

DisplaySearch指出，2013年部分品牌高階平板電腦已採全貼合，但市場領導品牌蘋果（Apple）iPad卻依然採用較差的口字膠貼合；有趣的是面積更大的iMac電腦並沒有觸控螢幕，卻採用全貼合。

因此，2014年iPad系列有機會跟進，改採全貼合技術，以提升光學效果。

DisplaySearch分析，全貼合（optical bonding）指的是用固態（OCA），或是液態光學膠（OCR）進行貼合。一般指「全貼合」時，特別意謂著感應線路層、面板之間的全貼合。

因保護玻璃和感應線路層之間全貼合，可以改善空氣層（air gap）中全反射的現象，讓液晶面板的背光可以比較順利穿透表面玻璃。同時全貼合在縮短堆疊厚度、安全上也有助益。

不過，DisplaySearch強調，全貼合的代價就是良率損失。在貼合過程中，如果遇上貼合瑕疵無法重工、液態光學膠滲透進面板、或是紫外線固化不均等因素，均可能使面板報廢。

高階產品除更需要全貼合，以彰顯優異的光學規格外，面板價格也往往較高。因此觸控模組廠就算是僅有1%的良率下滑，都有可能讓毛利賠進去。

反之，若是模組廠全貼合能力強，除可形成競爭門檻外，還可以增加來自面板轉手的營業額。
