| 戴季全：低薪肯定只能吃爛油

你以為那些餐廳攤販換下了大統，能換上什麼油？我國薪資沒有成長，能負擔的價格就無法提升。增加薪資雖無法確保吃到更好的油，但低薪肯定只能吃爛油。
低薪，是經濟與商業的問題，涵蓋了政策與政治議題，不是道德問題。
從產業鏈的角度來看，如果我開一間餐廳，食用油必然是我的上游原料；若從經營事業的角度來看，其他條件都不變，只要產品售價不變，我的原料沒有理由換上更貴的。
再從消費者的角度來看，我的收入沒有增加，各項生活支出額度就沒有調整空間，也就無力換購品質更好的商品。
基於以上三點，第一個推論是：大統會被換掉、標示會被換掉，台灣大部份的人短期只能吃到跟原本調和油差不多品質等級的油。
再者，如果加強稽核，或是增加市場競爭度，我們有機會在其他條件不變下，吃到稍微好一點的油；只不過有效地增強稽核，需要增加政府預算的質或量。
從行政的角度來看，預算沒有增加，無法增加中央和地方的食品查核質量；從財政的角度來看，經濟沒有好轉，中央和地方的稅收沒有增加，很難增加政府預算；從經濟的角度來看，我們的產業沒有投資，就無法增加企業獲利與受僱者的收入，稅收就不會增加。
基於以上三點，第二個推論是：大統和標示會被換掉，台灣大部份的人，中期還是會吃到跟原本調和油差不多品質的油。
若從國際金融的角度來談，不論美國QE進場退場，台灣為了維持出口貿易條件競爭力，很難抵抗貨幣貶值的壓力。
如果貨幣寬鬆造成長期通貨膨脹，台灣市場又無法有效創造新的高利潤產業，或是增加企業（股市）價值，那麼維持貨幣購買力最有效的方式，就是盡可能取得持有成本低的房地產；但房地產價格持續飆升，店面成本增加，餐廳產品售價不變，只好排擠其他消費者看不到的上游原料成本。
於是造成大統會被換掉、標示會被換掉，對台灣大部份的人長期而言，還是會吃到比原本品質更差的油。

| 金融業 高喊挺服貿到底

立法院今（12）日將審查兩岸服務貿易協議，金融業昨日一致表達力挺立場。壽險公會與產險公會發布聯合聲明指出，進度延宕將使保險業者喪失大陸市場商機，不利永續經營；兆豐、第一等公股行庫負責人指出，協議不能生效，除影響登陸發展商機，也連帶衝擊台商在大陸資金運用、投資轉型。以兆豐銀為例，大陸分行人民幣業務與第二分行申設，都因服貿未過卡關。
壽產險公會聲明指稱，協議有利兩岸建立保險監理平台，讓保險業往來及監理各項議題可有效溝通。
兩公會期望透過兩岸監理平台，解決532條款（進入大陸設置子公司、分公司需資產50億美元、成立滿30年與二年辦事處）等問題。

電影「大稻埕」導演葉天倫昨出席在板橋秀泰舉辦的「傳藝文創影展」，葉天倫感嘆，大稻埕主場景原選定在板橋435藝文特區，最後卻喬不攏只好轉戰宜蘭。文化局表示，並沒有不幫忙，劇組要借的土地是台北市所有。
電影「大稻埕」創票房佳績，電影預計3月底下檔，導演葉天倫、宜蘭縣長林聰賢、民進黨新北市長參選人游錫堃出席播映會。
葉天倫表示，電影主場景原看中板橋435藝文特區，曾與新北市府接洽，可惜沒談成。
游錫堃表示，當年魏德聖導演拍攝「賽德克‧巴萊」，在新北市林口打造影視基地，原希望將片場保留，沒想到最後留不住。
文化局藝術展演科長陳春美表示，劇組一開始選定435藝文特區後廣場，但該土地是台北市政府的，新北市也是向北市府簽約租借，問題主要是卡在台北市。

Component suppliers see strong games console orders for 2Q14

As competition between the PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One continues to heat up, their upstream component suppliers are seeing strong growth in orders in March and expect shipments in the second quarter to reach a level similar to that at the end of 2013, the previous peak.
The sources pointed out that demand for games consoles normally starts picking up around the third quarter and vendors increase orders for components around that time; however, component suppliers are already seeing increasing orders for the second quarter of 2014. Games console orders are expected to become a key driver of component suppliers' second-quarter sales.
Microsoft reportedly will start its next promotion for the Xbox One in April in the Asia Pacific and will launch in China and Eastern Europe in October, the sources noted.
