募資平台FlyingV在網路發起「反服貿」廣告集資專案，活動在短短3小時內，集資速度驚人，但隨即出遭到「證券櫃檯買賣中心」要求立即下架。相信很多網友一頭露水，為何證券櫃檯買賣中心可以如此要求？原來是FlyingV為證券櫃檯買賣中心「創意集資資訊揭露專區」的合作業者，兩方有合約規範關係。

何謂「創意集資資訊揭露專區」？

「創意集資資訊揭露專區」是證券櫃檯買賣中心於2013年8月19日推出的服務，此專區的概念就是要讓有好點子、好創意的人，透過網路平台，以自製文字、影片上傳等方式，在這個新專區介紹自己的創意，進一步向網友募款，集合大家的力量來幫助提案人有資金可以去付諸實行。

國內目前較知名的群眾集資平台業者包括「FlyingV」與「嘖嘖」等。櫃買中心去年推出「創意集資資訊揭露專區」後，率先與FlyingV集資平台業者合作。

根據「創意集資資訊揭露專區」其中一條文規定：「平台業者保證與本中心簽訂契約後，應將其集資網站上所有集資中之創意提案申請於本專區揭示，經本中心審查同意後，始可揭示於本專區並開始集資；未經本中心審查同意者，應自平台業者集資網站刪除 」。

FlyingV此次募集行為並未經過「證券櫃檯買賣中心」審查同意，所以才會被證券櫃檯買賣中心以違約程序為由，要求即刻下架。

猴硐貓村幕後功臣「貓夫人」簡佩玲，用熱情拍攝小鎮貓咪，不但讓猴硐獲ＣＮＮ評選為全球六大賞貓景點，並在美國時間廿三日登上Yahoo美國版首頁，讓猴硐再度因可愛的貓咪萌翻全球。

猴硐是採煤興起的村落，隨著煤礦衰落，這山中小村一度被遺忘。讓猴硐重獲新生的推手簡佩玲，與猴硐的緣分起源自七年前。

當時她為幫丈夫的動物醫院網站取材，前往新北市瑞芳區的猴硐車站，拍攝當地的流浪貓，沒想到這一拍就難以收手。這段期間她將貓咪的照片在網路上與網友分享，並透過相片分享平台，將可愛的力量散播全世界。

Yahoo亞太區策略暨營運部副總裁陳琚安表示，台灣熱愛拍照分享的人數超過一千二百萬，高達上網人口七成，顯示台灣推動攝影潛力無窮。

因此他們與Flickr推出「The Weekly Flickr大攝影家」，發掘全球精彩攝影故事。簡佩玲也參與本次活動，希望透過影像，讓全世界知道台灣是對動物友善的地方。

陳琚安表示，簡佩玲的故事，讓她成為首位登上Yahoo美國首頁的台灣攝影家。接下來「The Weekly Flickr大攝影家：貓夫人篇」也將在Yahoo歐洲、中東與東南亞首頁輪番播出。

得知自己的照片被活動單位評選登上Yahoo美國首頁，簡佩玲表示到很驚訝又很意外。她很高興可以藉由熱愛的攝影，將此生最愛的貓咪與土地連結，並透過網路的影響力，讓全球網友看見台灣。也很開心能夠因為貓咪，讓猴硐找到新的價值，喚起大家對周遭事物的關懷。

想請問一下~我的光纖數據機是裝在三樓
所以我在三樓用平板點腦時接收wifi是滿格
連線品質也穩定
MOD是另外牽一條線到一樓的電視
但是一樓WIFI接受訊息就格數降到1~2格有時也會斷線
請問我如果想在一樓讓WIFI接收滿格的話
應該怎樣做會比較好
可以利用MOD的那條線路嗎?
