馬英九總統前天召開院際會議，遭立法院長王金平拒絕，「馬王心結」再度浮上檯面。國民黨榮譽主席連戰辦公室主任丁遠超轉述，連戰認為，大家應該要反思為何會發生這件事，不要用「馬王政爭」的政治角度去看，把事件複雜化。

連戰認為，這件事（反服貿團體抗爭），馬總統、王金平跟江宜樺三人都很積極在處理，這是好事。

丁遠超說，連戰非常關心此事發展，也關心整體社會發展，連戰過去也經歷學運或社運活動，他會透過管道提供過去處理類似事件時的經驗及方式。

丁遠超表示，這件事情不管執政者、在野黨、學生都要「以理服人」，而非「以力服人」；大家要去思考為何會讓學生衝進去，尤其是執政者、朝野立委們是否沒有扮演好應該扮演的角色。

他轉述，連戰表示，這件事情不該有政黨在背後操作，不能借力使力、更不能從中牟取好處；任何人都不想要衝突，大家一定要冷靜、理性，思考事件本質。

丁遠超指出，這次抗爭的本質是學生對當權、當政者有所不滿，怪罪到馬總統身上是過頭了，也失公允。他認為，第一時間相關部會首長應該跳到第一線說明、辯護，與學生對話，而非上綱到馬總統。

一名國民黨中常委形容院際會商破局原因是「馬王互信薄弱」。他說，「事緩則圓」，要解決並非馬或王單方面扛，而是各自都要出力。他表示，江宜樺院長出面與學生對話是好的開始，台灣是民主法治社會，一切仍要回歸體制。

對於王金平婉拒出席，國民黨內認為這對王金平「利弊參半」，雖然拒絕馬總統的邀約，但實際上把院內責任一肩扛，占據行動何時落幕，恐怕是王金平要苦思的問題。

小弟想寫convolution的matlab程式
x1信號長度999，x2信號長度500。
聽說在matlab中，用向量代替迴圈可以增加速度
但是我做出來卻比較慢QQ
不知為何?

迴圈版本:
