中國大陸備受外界關注的網路銀行，目前並未通過監管層的認可，這意味阿里巴巴和騰訊一直渴望籌建的網路銀行，仍面臨巨大的政策阻礙，短期內無法正式成立。

新華社報導，據悉，在籌建網路銀行問題上，監管層並非反對，而是鑒於目前大陸國內缺少相關網路銀行的實際運營和風險防控經驗，態度謹慎。

知情人士表示，所謂網路銀行，並非目前已有的銀行網上業務，而是純粹借助互聯網建立的銀行，與傳統銀行相比，網路銀行的最大區別是沒有實體網點，沒有總分支組織機構。

目前大陸銀行業相關政策要求，銀行必須建立實體網點，使用者則需要到銀行的實體網點進行面簽。這意味如果監管層要放行阿里和騰訊的網路銀行，就需要率先修改相關政策，這除了需要監管層和銀行業進一步討論風險防控等問題外，還要進行相關的法律和行政程序。

「AKB」前成員板野友美今晚首度在Legacy Taipei開唱，她以個人出道單曲《Dear J》開場，身穿黑色漆皮外套加上紅色中空連身褲裝的她一登場，便讓全場近千名的粉絲陷入瘋狂。之後連續獻唱《為愛戴上耳環》、《Girls Do》兩首快歌後，又換上藍紫色長洋裝化身小公主，為粉絲帶來抒情歌曲。

這是板野友美首次在台灣舉行個人演唱會，據悉原本的巡迴行程中並沒有台灣，但曾訪台的她難忘台灣粉絲的熱情，堅持來台演出。完成心願的她開心地用中文打招呼說：「台灣大家好嗎？」「玩得開心喔！」隨後立即在舞台上快速換裝，並且還搭配歌曲準備了糖果給台下粉絲，讓粉絲們都覺得「甜甜的」。

演唱中她也以中文互動問「大家開心嗎」？台下男「聲」熱情回應真的好開心。演唱會後，她將與抽籤選出的8位幸運歌迷見面合影。她預計明天離台，為周日的香港演唱會做準備。（劉孟玲、王怡文／綜合報導）
