標題[請益] no any drive found

抗議服貿的群眾昨晚企圖複製占領立法院行動，試圖攻占行政院，遭警方驅離。一樣的行動，完全不同的結果，主要原因，是群眾錯估情勢。行政院沒有「國會自主」的爭論，也不會有立委來干預，警方執法，少了許多無謂的政治干擾。

攻占行政院過程和攻占立法院一樣，趁警方不備，群眾多路進擊，但最後被驅離。行政院是國家最高行政機關，攻占行政院等於癱瘓中樞，政府高層不可能坐視。

馬英九總統、行政院長江宜樺多次表示對暴力不能容忍，明示群眾不要妄動。當行政院定調絕不會坐視再有憲政機關被占領，事態發展的結果，會是如何，已經很清楚了。

有昨晚參與行動的民眾說，他們被號召前往時，都認為警方會比照立法院，不動手驅離，警方鎮暴部隊一到，多數民眾都嚇傻。群眾還是堅持前往，只能說無視於政府體制，太過天真。

行政院和警方驅離民眾，有一定政治風險，賭的是驅離能否被輿論支持。在立法院被攻占多日後，大多數民眾早就淡忘當初立法院也是用相同暴力手法攻占，破壞門窗玻璃，牆上亂噴漆，倒掛國旗等無理的舉動。但是抗議學生與群眾，一旦對於抗爭路線與範圍，不能統整，就可能出現昨晚暴衝的場面，最後會讓沉默的大眾，再也無法忍受破壞霸占政府機關的行為，反而減損了這波抗議行動的合法性。
