不滿警方過度用槍殺人、傷人，數百名憤怒的抗議者3月30日深夜在新墨西哥州阿布奎基市 (Albuquerque)與警方爆發暴力衝突，前後達10餘小時之久。抗議者向警察總部外面扔瓦斯罐，鎮暴警察則還以催淚瓦斯。混亂中，一名警察受傷，至31日為止，至少六名抗議者被捕，控以妨害治安罪。

紀錄顯示，阿布奎基警方在不到五年內共射殺23人，引起司法部展開調查。3月16日，警察又射殺市內一名遊民，導致聯邦調查局 (FBI)進行調查。聯邦官員說，阿市55萬5000餘名居民擔心警方濫權，侵犯居民的民權。

【時報-記者鄧凱綺綜合報導】美經濟資料呈疲，周一國際原油期貨反轉下跌；因美國芝加哥採購經理人指數等經濟指標表現疲軟，美國3月份芝加哥採購經理人指數下降3.9點，至55.9點，創下自去年8月份以來的最低水準，遠不及市場預期，拖累油價回跌，不過對中國可能推出經濟刺激計畫的期待，因中國經濟成長趨緩，投資人開始期待中國政府會在此後出臺經濟刺激措施，來穩定經濟增長，亦為油市需求帶來支撐，故油價跌幅有限。

美國NYMEX-5月原油期貨價格下跌0.09美元，跌幅0.09%，報每桶101.58美元，5月熱燃油跌1.58美分，報每加侖293.2美分，5月RBOB汽油跌0.03美元，報每加侖2.91美元；

行政院聯合稽查小組2月抽查牧場雞蛋，驗出兩件不合格，其中偉良牧場氟甲磺氯黴素、脫氧氫四環素等抗生素殘留，農委會、衛福部食藥署卻未公布。長庚醫院腎臟科醫師顏宗海表示，雖然驗出的抗生素殘留量不大，但雞蛋是民眾常吃食品，仍有健康隱憂。相關單位檢驗確認有問題，就應立即公布，避免讓民眾繼續吃下有問題雞蛋。

顏宗海說，氟甲磺氯黴素為新一代氯黴素，雖然副作用較氯黴素小，但量大會引發過敏反應、再生性不良貧血、白血病等，臨床上早已不使用。脫氧氫四環素量大會引發過敏反應及腸胃道不舒服，藥品仿單上寫明孕婦及八歲以下小朋友不能使用。

顏宗海表示，雞蛋是民眾常吃的食物，應採取高標準看待，相關單位確認檢驗有問題時，就應該立即公布。雖然稽查單位認為問題產品需要複驗確認，但確認的時間應該縮短。

路透旗下基點雜誌最新統計顯示，今年第1季，台灣銀行以合計主辦7.41億美元的聯貸案，市占率達12.87%，蟬聯國銀聯貸王寶座。但首季聯貸管理行則由合作金庫後來居上，聯貸管理金額為10.48億美元，市占率18.3%。

以聯貸主辦行而言，緊追台銀之後的也是合庫，首季主辦聯貸7.03億美元，市占率達12.2%。兩大行庫在聯貸市場上競爭白熱化。

台銀為去年國內聯貸主辦、管理行雙料冠軍，主辦聯貸案金額高達33.23億美元，緊追在後的依序為兆豐銀、土銀、合庫、北富銀。顯示聯貸案主要承辦行，都以公股行庫為主；而這些銀行之所以名列前茅，就是因為奪下一些指標性的大案件。

今年首季結果的另一特色是，民營的台新銀行異軍突起，首季主辦6.69億美元的聯貸案，市占率達11.61%，擠入聯貸主辦行的第三名；另外，首季台銀拿下聯強125億元與中鋼2.3億美元的大型聯貸案，持續是市場矚目的焦點。

但資料也顯示，今年聯貸市場進展較緩慢；今年第1季不含日本在內的亞太地區，銀行聯貸總額為759億美元，共計214筆交易，比去年同期下降12.8%，聯貸規模最大的市場是香港，總計完成額度為196億美元。

路透表示，在藍籌股企業融資需求的帶動下，香港銀團貸款額占亞太區貸款市場的26%。
