國民黨立委陳根德下午發出聲明，澄清今天部分網路論壇傳出他已經簽署日前佔據立院議場學生所提出之兩岸服貿協議及協議監督法制化承諾書，屬於誤傳，他並未簽署該份承諾書。

聲明內容指出，中華民國為民主法治的國家，政黨政治、代議政治與法治同時為國家長治久安之基石。陳根德尊重學運同學們的理想與訴求，但身為合法票選之民意代表，所做的決定仍須以選區多數民意及民眾福祉為依歸。

聲明內容指出，由於不願立院繼續空轉、社會持續對立，他昨天在黨團大會呼籲，國民黨身為執政黨，絕對有責任讓僵局早日落幕。因此包含學運所提的「先立法、後審查」在內的任何訴求，只要有助解決爭議，黨團同志都可以考慮、討論，而非陷入現今之零和困局。

陳根德指出，民主社會的可貴，在於每個人可以透過合法管道表達意見，經由制度，合法、和平取得多數共識，呼籲學生、民眾、政府及立委同仁以和諧、智慧而非對抗、衝突共同化解爭議，早日讓國家恢復正常運作。

清明節將至，基隆市衛生局3月中抽查轄內販賣的刈包、花生粉及紅龜粿等10件應景食品，僅1件潤餅皮不合格，驗出二氧化硫（漂白劑）每公斤0.06公克，有氣喘病的患者若食用過量，可能會誘發哮喘與呼吸困難。

衛生局表示，此次檢驗項目包含防腐劑、有毒物質、黃麴毒素、著色劑與漂白劑，抽檢地點囊括市場、攤商及食品行。本市業者自製糕粿、購自外縣市製品各5件，除了位於成功一路騰達切麵店販售的潤餅皮不符標準外，其於9件均合格。

由於業者供稱不合格的潤餅皮非自製，卻也沒有進貨單據可供查核，衛生局暫時無法得知來源，先依食品安全衛生管理法「無法提供上游供貨商」開罰3萬元，並持續向上遊追查。

衛生局長吳澤誠提醒，民眾購買祭拜食品，盡量選擇新鮮現做的產品，或選擇包裝完整、標示清楚、較具信譽的品牌，保護自身健康，即使出問題也不會求償無門，確保自身權益。

台北市政府特地在動物園「辦桌」，請遠道而來的600多名師生吃牛肉麵，郝龍斌和邱鏡淳跟著牛肉麵師傅一起下廚，大秀廚藝，幫忙料理蕃茄與清燉牛肉。

郝龍斌說，台北市和新竹縣各有不同的城市特色，希望學童利用這次機會，認識台北，結交朋友、增廣見聞，開心地玩，度過快樂的兒童節。

郝龍斌告訴現場學童，他上個月拜訪新竹縣，知道新竹的特產有柿餅、椪柑、東方美人茶等，而台北市最受歡迎的「三寶」是牛肉麵、鳳梨酥跟貓熊圓仔，除了請大家吃牛肉麵，還送每人一盒鳳梨酥帶回家。

北市府表示，上個月台北市、新竹縣簽署城市交流協定，北市協助新竹特產，這次為了慶祝兒童節，再度合作，藉由偏鄉學童至台北參觀，希望讓偏鄉與城市接軌，開拓學童的視野，拉近城鄉學習差距。

《交通》凱蒂貓園遊會，學童免費搭貓纜

【時報-台北電】高達6公尺的巨型充氣凱蒂貓和超萌大貓熊，將到貓纜陪小朋友歡度兒童節！4至6日貓纜動物園站外廣場將舉辦「與Hello Kitty歡樂兒童節」園遊會，現場也販售超人氣悠遊卡，讓凱蒂貓迷大飽眼福；而全國國小以下學童（12歲以下）連假期間只要出示證件，就可免費搭乘貓纜，還可獲贈貓纜凱蒂貓鉛筆。

台北捷運表示，「與Hello Kitty歡樂兒童節」園遊會民眾可以免費和6公尺高的充氣凱蒂貓、大熊貓及木製背板拍照，或者自費參加園遊會，活動包含卡片、鑰匙圈、魔術畫紙DIY活動、3座充氣遊樂設施等；此外還有凱蒂貓人偶見面會，僅限4日前70名，5及6日前35名購買園遊券民眾獨享。

台北捷運也與悠遊卡公司合作，推出凱蒂貓與貓熊好朋友圖案的悠遊卡，其中新款的「造型悠遊卡」是以纜車為造型，凱蒂貓手持貓熊最愛吃的竹葉，帶著貓熊一起搭乘橘色白點的纜車，掛在手機上可愛指數破表，每張售價450元，4日上午8點30分起在貓空纜車動物園站限量開賣。(新聞來源：中國時報─記者江慧珺／台北報導)
