衝浪教練「阿輝」說，立槳衝浪（SUP—Stand Up Paddle）8年前在國外發展，因容易上手、不分男女老少且不限海上，適合親子活動，在國外已形成一股風潮，湖泊、河流、海岸或大型泳池，都可享受立槳衝浪樂趣。

他說，不同於一般衝浪，立槳衝浪（或稱單槳板衝浪）門檻較低，外型與衝浪板相似，附有1支划槳，玩家站在衝浪板上用槳划行，或坐在槳板上划行前進。

他說，SUP難度較低，容易上手，年齡層分布較廣，適合家庭組合或攜帶寵物同遊；SUP的水域無限制，海上、河川、游泳池皆可，甚至可當另種衝浪板使用，多變化的玩法，已在世界各地風行，台灣才剛起步。

他說，滿州佳樂水是南部衝浪發跡地，港口溪的河口地形，加上潮汐，造就一年四季都有好浪，初接觸立槳的衝浪者，建議選擇浪況平穩的海域體驗。

馬國畢23日出席《兒癌基金會大手拉小手 歡樂一起走》，和阿Ben一起唱歌、為兒癌病童加油打氣。曾經因為職棒簽賭、婚前燒炭鬧上新聞版面，被問到最近沸沸揚揚的房東吸毒案，馬國畢笑說：「台灣人很可愛，即使犯了錯還是會幫助他們。」

許久未見的馬國畢23日和阿Ben出席活動獻唱。他對著台下觀眾說，「對於之前愛棒球用了不對的方式，想跟大家說對不起，自己已洗心革面，想重新出發認真賺錢。」不過，他2013年曾因職棒簽賭登上社會新聞版面，被問到一路走來的心路歷程，他苦笑說，去年6月被記者報出簽賭來後，之後的通告還有活動全部腰斬，讓他長達半年都沒收入，無法負荷千萬賭債。

對於這幾天的房東吸毒案，他說「台灣人很可愛，即使犯了錯還是會幫助他們」。不過，他也很老實地說，雖然自己賭博對社會觀感不佳，但自己勇於面對、也沒有「出國深造」躲避債主，我也沒有傷害別人，但為什麼一些吸毒的藝人道歉後都被原諒，而大家卻不給他機會，「其實心裡有點不平衡，當時沒收入的那段日子，覺得差別待遇」。

以前常在綜藝節目上搞笑，馬國畢苦笑「大家覺得我不適合搞笑了，因為我人生就是最大的玩笑」。他說之前那段黑暗日子讓他相當憂鬱，出們都頭低低、不敢面對人群。之後朋友帶他接活動，才勉強有些收入。馬國畢說，前陣子拍了大愛的戲，師姐開導他很多，他也多回家陪陪父母，2個禮拜見小孩1次。他說，「現在賭博絕對不會碰，很像無底深淵，連過年的18豆也不會玩」，也說目前當務之急是還掉剩下9成的千萬賭債，希望未來能接回妻小。
