專家一致認為，經常跑步對身體健康有益，但一項最新研究駁斥「體力活動多多益善」的真言，強調跑步應適度，跑步太多將會短命。

專家早就告訴大家，經常跑步對健康有很多益處，包括控制體重、減輕壓力、改善血壓和膽固醇量。但許多研究顯示，「適度跑步」才是健康長壽之道。一位專家說，所謂適度就是每周總共跑步二至三小時。

賓州理海谷保健網路研究所 (Research Institute at the LehighValley Health Network)的最新研究顯示，不運動者與跑步太多者都比適度跑步者短命。但研究人員表示，原因不明。

受消息激勵，香港交易所股票備受市場資金追捧，和訊股票報導，港交所昨（2）日午後開盤股價一路飆漲，飆逾5.4%後中途停牌（暫停交易），最後上漲5.44%，以每股港幣126元（約新台幣492元）收盤。

報導稱，網路互通技術研發已被列入上交所今年工作計畫，正緊鑼密鼓地籌備。這項計畫是人民幣國際化的配套措施，有望為上交所帶來可觀交易量、港股市場也將注入更多資金活水。

南方基金首席策略分析師楊德龍說，此舉可進一步擴大資本市場開放和互通，滬港交易所都能從中獲利。

不少專家表示，該計畫落實後，地產、銀行類藍籌股有望得到提振；不過，波動幅度大、估值過高的創業板恐將失利。

楊德龍分析，QDII較熱衷投資穩健的藍籌股，藍籌股有望得到提振，但會進一步擠壓創業板泡沫，對創業板帶來負面影響，並且開放投資額度越大、影響會越顯著。

民生證券策略研究員陸俊龍也說，海外投資者重視現金流曲線、無風險利率、股息率，目前藍籌股普遍股息都很高，加上現在股價在底部附近，「網路互通對藍籌股絕對是大利多」。

招商證券研發中心策略研究主管陳文招認為，影響股市表現、尤其是藍籌股最重要的因素仍是經濟基本面，大陸和全球經濟依然疲軟，滬港交易所網路互通也難在股市激起火花，投資者不會因此加快進場腳步。

馬來西亞與澳洲官員二日表示，刑事調查或許永遠無法研判出失蹤馬航ＭＨ三七○班機消失無蹤的真正原因，且在印度洋進行的空海搜尋迄今未尋獲半片殘骸。換句話說，馬航消失的原因可能永遠成謎，機上兩百卅九名乘客、其中十二人是機組員的命運也可能永遠無解。

ＭＨ三七○班機三月八日凌晨升空約一小時後失聯，截至二日已廿五天。馬國警察總長卡立二日宣布，三周來針對該班機的刑事調查仍無確切結果，當局也許永遠無法解開班機消失謎團。負責協調搜尋班機殘骸的澳洲前空軍司令休士頓一日說，殘骸可能永遠找不到，因此可能必須決定下一步該怎麼做。

馬國總理納吉二日表達馬國對各界的感謝。搜救作業包括來自各國十架飛機、九艘船艦，以及英國一艘潛艇。澳洲還徵用電影「魔戒」導演彼得傑克森的灣流（Gulfstream）Ｇ六五○私人飛機協助搜索。

兒童節前夕，基隆市政府教育處舉辦模範兒童表揚大會，全市共812位國小學童獲獎，其中罹患罕見疾病的安樂國小6年級學生林品孜仍有志向學，昨天在母親的攙扶下，開心地上台領獎。

林品孜跟著前方學生的腳步緩緩走上台，纖細的雙腳，走起路來搖搖晃晃，但她仍奮力邁開腳步，接過獎狀，開心地比了「YA」的手勢。

她母親說，品孜6個月大時，一天喝不到一罐奶瓶的奶量，以為是腸胃問題，後來帶到大醫院，才診斷出罹患先天性醣類醣蛋白缺乏症，「醫生說，這種罕見疾病以前在台灣不曾看過，品孜是第一例」。

林品孜導師陳惠玲表示，品孜小腦發育不全，肌肉張力也不足，她雖行動不便，但學習意願高，也樂於幫助別人和分享，是學習典範。
