法務部長羅瑩雪昨說，當政府的法律或措施侵犯人民權利時，人民才可用拒絕服從的方式表示意見，但服貿協定還未審查，也不一定會通過，所以尚未構成行使公民不服從活動的條件，更重要的是，公民不服從的先決條件是以「守法」為前提。結果這個說法遭到網友接力打臉，律師沈伯洋(撲馬)也批羅根本沒搞懂反服貿訴求。

羅的說法在網路上遭到挑戰，第一個開砲的鄉民找出高中一年級課本內容，並貼心地幫部長將課文「公民不服從是一種挑戰法律的公開違法行動」畫上重點，課文還提到「政府忽視公民呼籲，堅持執行不正義政策時，公民可透過公民不服從來表達主張」，率先打響第一巴掌。

過了不久，另一鄉民又找出97年國考試題：「公民不服從」的內涵不包括以下那一項特性？(答案是「不違法」)跟著便是一片「掌聲」響起，102年國考試題和江宜樺在擔任台大政治學系副教授時的文章也被拿出來討論。

江宜樺的文章中寫道，德裔政治理論思想家漢娜‧鄂蘭認當相當數量的公民認為改變現狀的正當管道不再起作用，或政府一意孤行時，公民就會決定採取某些行動，儘管行動有違法爭議，但在「政府本身違憲」的前提下，統統變成理直氣壯的公民反抗運動。

江宜樺的文章讓網友看了感到非常有道理，有人形容江宜樺是「萬用江宜樺」、「江維拉」(救援投手)還有人說這篇文章根本就是「江教授打江院長」。另外也有人「無限期支持羅瑩雪和考選部打架」希望雙方能為國考內容好好討論一下，才不會又出現國考打臉的狀況。

人在美國的律師沈伯洋也對羅的三大論點一一反擊，斥羅只看懶人包，根本沒搞懂反服貿訴求。沈伯洋日前才說過，美國教授在馬英九視訊重播會議上說：「美國的民權運動，都是用違法的方式達成的，法律的秩序就是靠這些違法的運動建立的！」（饒偉生／台北報導）

這樣tango會被打斷?

因為line通話中的話
別人打到sim卡的號碼,而line就會中斷

iPhone 6 又有新的手機殼流出，顯示電源鍵可能改放到機身右側。

距離 iPhone 6 正式發表還有半年之久，不過 iPhone 週邊廠已經迫不及待地開始打樣了。根據法國網站

放出的新手機殼顯示，iPhone 6 可能將變將電源鍵的位置改放在機身右側，而其他的開孔位置不變。

根據 Nowhereelse.fr 的測量，流出的保護殼剛好符合 4.7 吋螢幕 iPhone 的模型機，而 Apple 可能因為機身變長，因此將電源鍵改置於右側。不過 Nowhereelse.fr 也表示消息來源並不一定可靠，也許只是週邊廠為了搶快而推出的假想殼。

不過這並不是第一個暗示 iPhone 6 電源鍵將改變位置的保護殼，在該網站之前流出的透明保護殼上，也可以發現右側有之前沒有的新開孔。不過該組保護殼奇怪的地方在於仍保留了上方電源鍵的開孔。’

本來還用的好好的手機卻突然出現請正確卸除sd卡啥啥啥的
然後就不能用了...
重開沒用,重插沒用,手機線連電腦連資料夾都不會顯示
用讀卡機同樣在我的電腦不會出現,只會顯示一下下然後立馬跳掉
用過學校的老電腦,會顯示圖示,可是點進去會出現請確認是否有插入
一般的救援軟體都是要讀取的到才行,真的沒別的方法了嗎?
裡面是我存了兩年的回憶啊QQ這幾天難過的飯都吃不下...
