與時間賽跑的馬來西亞航空MH370失聯班機搜尋人員，殷切寄望美國海軍高科技無人迷你潛航器「藍鰭21」 (Bluefin 21)找到飛機下落，把它視為最後希望。但藍鰭21在澳洲西部外海潛入深海後，已兩度無功浮上水面，16日再第三度下潛。有人開始質疑它能否達成任務。

藍鰭21是在4月14日首次下潛，但達到水下4500公尺極限後，內置安全程式強迫它浮出水面，搜尋任務只進行了六小時，而不是當初預期的16小時。16日，它再度下潛，但因發生技術困難，又提早浮出水面。負責官員把它紀錄的數據下載，再讓它第三度下潛。下載的數據沒有發現飛機的跡象。

The New York Mets have purchased the contract of right-hander Daisuke Matsuzaka and outrighted left-hander John Lannan off the 40-man roster, according to a team announcement. Lannan will decide within the next 72 hours if he will accept the assignment to Triple-A or elect free agency. Matsuzaka, 33, appeared in two starts for Triple-A Las Vegas so far this season, posting a 2.25 ERA in twelve innings. He did not make the Mets out of spring training, but will now join the big league club as a long reliever out of the bullpen. New York seems set with a starting rotation of Dillon Gee, Jon Niese, Bartolo Colon, Zack Wheeler and Jenrry Mejia, so Matsuzaka will have to start in the bullpen. Lannan, who signed a minor league deal with the Mets during the winter, has surrendered seven earned runs on seven hits in only four innings of work for the Mets this year, totaling a 15.75 ERA in five games. 　　官方指出，利用建造或綠化幫會基地設施不只能增加幫派產出效率，並有效提升基地實力，不過每項設施都能發揮不同功能、環環相扣，並且缺一不可，成員們得須維持每一項設施平衡發展，才能發揮全面且強大的幫派功能。

　　另外，在幫派任務【獵妖坊】中，玩家在擊殺獸妖取得體內的珍貴之物「獸核」後，蒐集一定數量並交給特定 npc 劉嶽將可幫助幫派發展，不同級別的獵妖坊將有不同級別的任務，當然完成任務後幫派獎勵與額外獎勵也將會相對更誘人。

八德市崁頂路預定拓寬，民眾在草叢中發現一塊石碑，細究發現上面全是60年前出資鋪橋造路人的姓名，讓藏了一甲子的紀念碑意外現蹤。

白鷺里長黃慶玉表示，這座130公分高、60公分寬的紀念碑，隱身在隱密的草叢裡，一般人路過都誤以為是墓碑，由於崁頂路拓寬工程即將動工，農曆年前工人原欲將碑移開，仔細一看上面刻滿人名，詢問附近耆老才知道，這是紀念闢建崁頂路、福德橋出資者的碑文。

耆老轉述，民國40年間，為求交通便利，由居民王赤牛發起，以稻米代替黃金捐獻鋪路造橋，3年後，人車得以通行，為感謝上百位出錢、出力的人，才會立碑。

力麒建設（5512）子公司宜蘭力麗開發與宜蘭縣政府合作簽訂的「宜蘭員山公園溫泉會館BOT」案，昨（16）日舉行「力麗酒店－宜蘭」的新建工程動土典禮，力麒建設董事長郭淑珍表示，宜蘭員山公園溫泉會館BOT案預計2017年開幕，屆時力麒將有九間飯店、共約900間房的規模。

郭淑珍指出，「宜蘭員山公園溫泉會館」基地中有早年選定為蘭陽十八勝之一的「員山溫泉」，在日治時期曾是神風特攻隊的招待所，是具有歷史回憶的地標。力麒昨日股價收15元，下跌0.15元。

對於該案規劃，郭淑珍表示，將打造「力麗酒店－宜蘭」為具東方禪風的頂級五星級酒店，預計斥資9.5億元投資興建，計有96間房，館內將有包括溫泉套房、別墅，以及男、女公共溫泉、SPA區、特色餐廳等，預計2016年底完工，2017年開幕。

郭淑珍表示，「力麗酒店－宜蘭」是集團旗下第一家五星級酒店，鄰近知名景點有福山植物園；房型方面，除一般標準房、套房外，也針對金字塔頂端客層規劃每晚2萬元起跳的Villa房型。

郭淑珍指出，集團自2006年跨足飯店事業以來，迄今已開業營運的飯店家數為六家，包括力麗哲園系列的台北、高雄、花蓮、墾丁，以及日月潭一館與二館，總房間數達527間房，去年飯店事業部門營收為2億元，年增率達48%，已達損平。

展望未來，若加計陸續興建及營運的宜蘭一間飯店與日月潭兩間飯店，預計在三年內，旗下飯店事業將可擴充約900房的規模，將增加力麒來自飯店投資的營收比重，亦將開始產生較明顯的獲利。

另外，力麒也已在金門買入1.1萬坪土地，未來將規劃興建五星級渡假村，而台東也買進400多坪土地，將規劃為力麗哲園飯店系列，一旦台東飯店順利完工，屆時從北至南、從東至西，將完成力麗哲園系列環島布局的關鍵拼圖，經濟規模效益也將更加明顯。
