美國國務卿柯瑞八日為美國政府最近決定以關達納摩灣軍事監獄關押的五名囚犯交換美軍中士柏格達之舉辯解時表示，美國政府因為柏格達可能遭到神學士凌虐或殺害而有此決定。（法新社8日電）
