今晨7時許，國道三號北上33公里處中和隧道內，發生一起火燒車意外，警消獲報後已趕往搶救，目前該路段車流雍塞，請用路人行經該處小心駕駛，如尚未抵達的用路人請提前改道。

國道警察初步調查，該部轎車疑似車內電線短路後起火燃燒，駕駛自述，當時車輛正在行使當中，突然發現方向盤左下角處有煙冒出，他趕緊將車停至路肩，下車沒多久，車子隨即起火燃燒，所幸駕駛及時脫離，沒有受傷。（突發中心／台北報導）

美國德州日前發生一名46歲男子歐卡(Michael Ochoa)，從一處飯店的18樓墜樓。警方調查後研判歐卡為自殺，但他自殺的原因，卻很有可能是因為妻子不玩4P引起。

據美國《紐約每日新聞》報導，歐卡的46歲妻子表示，當天歐卡和另一對情侶約好，說是要玩換妻和4P，但她拒絕了。隨後歐卡和妻子發生爭執，歐卡還毆打妻子，但之後歐卡跑出房間，妻子不知歐卡行蹤，最後卻發生歐卡從飯店18樓的陽台跳下，當場死亡。目前全案並無人遭到逮捕或起訴。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）

經濟部投審會昨（5）日一口氣通過國內三家銀行海外併購、設分行投資案，包括中信銀收購日本東京之星銀行、國泰金收購柬埔寨新加坡銀行與一銀設立廈門分行三案，金額合計達7.2億美元（約新台幣218.57億元），銀行業布局亞洲版圖再擴大。

投審會官員說，中信銀收購東京之星一案，本月已屆收購合約期限，昨日特別為此召開臨時會，以利其後包括日本金融廳在內的審核流程，同時並通過其他投資案。

根據公告，投審會核准中國信託商業銀行匯出529.7億日圓（約新台幣157.4億元），收購日本東京之星銀行100%股權，從事經營商業銀行存放款業務。

投審會並准許國泰世華商業銀行匯出約3,392萬美元收購柬埔寨新加坡銀行（並更名國泰世華銀行），以及准許第一商業銀行匯出人民幣10億元設立廈門分行。

金管會主委曾銘宗上月中表示，金管會內部已先通過中信銀申請併購日本東京之星銀行一案。由於併案合約即將到期，若持續「卡著」，恐怕影響後續結果。

官員指出，本次通過三宗銀行海外併購、設分行投資案，顯示銀行業布局亞洲又再跨出一步。

本次臨時會並未通過僑外資對台投資案，投審會表示，本月下旬還將召開例行委員會，目前已收到僑外資投資案件申請，惟金額在1億美元之上的大案子件數較少。
