| 「博科聖地」再奪27命 聯合國實施制裁

聯合國安理會昨天宣布，應奈及利亞政府要求，將5周前綁架200多名女童的伊斯蘭激進組織「博科聖地」列入制裁名單，對其實施禁運軍火和凍結資產。
美駐聯合國大使鮑爾（Samantha Power）表示，制裁是重要的一步，支持奈及利亞政府打擊「博科聖地」，讓該組織領袖為殘暴行為負責。「博科聖地」前天傍晚又在東北部鄉鎮奇康古都（Chikongudo）發動攻擊，開槍濫殺民眾，放火打劫，共有27人喪命。（韓政燕／綜合外電報導）

| 男童爬電線桿捉鳥 睪丸被電到燒焦

中國福建有一名14歲男孩黃元元(化名)，前晚6點在放學回家的路上，爬上高壓電線杆上捉小鳥。然而鳥沒捉到，人卻被高壓電擊傷，左上肢、左睪丸被嚴重燒焦須切除，目前男孩還未脫離危險期。
據中國《東快網》報導，當時黃元元爬上電線桿、伸出左手想掏鳥窩時，突然從電線桿上摔落，當場不省人事。當時，一名同伴馬上給黃元元進行人工呼吸。約2分鐘後，黃元元恢復呼吸，約20分鐘後，他清醒過來，之後被輾轉送往醫院治療。醫生指出，黃元元全身13%遭電擊，左邊膝關節損傷，肩關節、背部等多處遭電擊重傷。整個左上肢和左邊睪丸都燒焦，須進行手術切除。雖然左邊睪丸切除後，成年後性生活可能受影響，但右睪丸還在，仍有生育可能。
黃元元的父親指出，兒子愛玩，事發前一天，曾爬上村裡的一棵大樹上掏鳥窩，抓了2隻小鳥回家玩。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）
