本周三台北捷運發生首次隨機殺人事件，造成4人死亡，有意參選台北市長的台大醫師柯文哲今在臉書（http://tinyurl.com/m439t9g）po文指出，發生重大公安事故，對社會的心理層面是很直接的衝擊。

柯文哲說，我們哀悼不幸罹難者，也希望政府徹底檢討防範和應變的機制，更重要的是，社會要從傷痛和驚恐的情緒中，儘快恢復。 柯文哲說，我們不希望看到，民眾必須攜帶防身工具、心懷疑懼的走進捷運匝門，讓我們用彼此關懷、互助的心，一起走出這個陰霾。

柯文哲說，「最困難的不是面對挫折打擊，最困難的是面對挫折打擊，沒有失去對人世的熱情。」市民朋友，讓我們一起加油！（沈能元／台北報導）
