我家陽台外的外牆磁磚有很多很小很細的裂縫，不曉得要用甚麼牌子的的防水漆可以直接在磁磚上施工? 因下超大雨時會滲進來一兩滴。想用透明的。
因只有一小片大概半坪，所以想自己處理，請專家指點一下。

| 員工幫老闆借錢 沒錢還自殺

台南市一名羅姓男子在2010年10月以直銷公司為由，詐騙葉姓、涂姓男子幫他工作，甚至以家中有急用為由，要兩人向銀行借款幫他，其中葉姓男子因背負還債壓力，在2012年自殺身亡。台南地檢署今天偵結，認為羅姓男子惡性重大，事後逃逸被通緝，除依《詐欺罪》起訴，並建請法官從重量刑。
南檢起訴書指出，被告羅姓男子（46歲）在2010年10月透過報紙刊登應徵行政助理廣告，當時24歲葉姓男子與28歲涂姓男子見報前往應徵，他要葉跑業務，涂負責內勤兼會計，3人一起負責愛地球健康事業公司的台南分部。
2010年底，羅姓男子以家中有急用，家中土地買賣需要相關代辦費用，向葉、涂2人借款，並說服他們向銀行、地下錢莊辦理信貸或車貸，涂借了28萬、葉借了48萬。
2011年1月，羅姓男子突然失聯，涂、葉才知道受騙，該案是因檢察官偵辦地下錢莊的重利案，傳喚葉姓男子才得知此案，葉事後因背負其他債務壓力，於2012年9月自殺身亡。（辛啟松／台南報導）

小金門九宮坑道檢修 暫停開放

（中央社記者陳守國金門2014年6月16日電）金門烈嶼鄉（小金門）九宮坑道23到25日進行岩壁可能落石檢查及敲除清理工作，暫停對外開放參觀。
金門國家公園管理處今天表示，九宮坑道為民國50年間因應戰爭需求，開鑿供人員及物資運補的小艇坑道，結構為花崗片麻岩；因坑道岩壁岩石節理、裂隙等因素，偶有落石，為維護遊客安全，在坑道入口明顯處張貼告示，提醒遊客進入坑道參觀時應配戴安全帽，以防落石或撞到突出岩壁受傷。
金管處也委託專業技師定期評估坑道結構，每年也定期兩次僱工清除可能落石，保障遊客安全。
九宮坑道又稱四維坑道，位在小金門九宮碼頭左方山坡上，金門防衛司令部於民國87年移交金管處，歷經3年多整建，民國90年12月連同九宮小艇坑道對外開放觀光。
小艇坑道長達790公尺、最寬處15公尺，有5個副坑道及4個出入口，規模比翟山坑道大一倍。

【時報記者莊丙農台北報導】樂陞 (3662) 旗下KINGKONG DEVELOPMENT LLC公告申報轉讓3300張，佔其持有股數的41.6%，也佔整個資本額的5%，公司方面指出，主要大股東理財需求，並非引進策略性投資人。
樂陞罕見出現大額申報轉讓，在股價創新高之際，引起市場側目，不過，今天股價仍強，盤中呈現小漲態勢。
樂陞5月營收為1919萬元，月增25.89%，較去年同期衰退17.09%，累計前5月營收為1.38億元，年減22.16%，若6月無太大表現，第二季能否轉盈仍有壓力。

（中央社記者林長順台北16日電）台北地檢署偵辦八德合宜住宅案，今天再度指揮廉政署約談6名證人，釐清標案過程，下午已移送兩名公務員到檢方訊問。
台北地檢署調查，遠雄集團創辦人趙藤雄為取得桃園八德合宜住宅興建標案，由遠雄公司副總魏春雄聯繫，透過學者蔡仁惠當白手套，交付賄款新台幣1600萬元給時任桃園縣副縣長葉世文。4人都遭收押禁見。
北檢過去兩週密集提訊在押被告，並陸續約談八德合宜住宅案的評選委員。葉世文坦承向趙藤雄要2600萬元，事後透過蔡仁惠收到1600萬元，後續款項還未到手，就被逮到。
據了解，承辦檢察官目前加強鞏固八德合宜宅的案情，尚未就A7合宜住宅案情有約談動作。
檢察官為了解八德合宜住宅的招標細節，13日約談遠雄公司3名女會計，今天下午秘密約談6名證人到廉政署訊問，稍早已移送兩名公務員到檢方複訊。1030616
