遏止陸客零團費 觀光局將限縮購物點

大陸國台辦主任張志軍表示陸客零團費問題嚴重，觀光局指出，大陸出境旅遊普遍存在組團或接團社以零團費甚至負團費、人頭費、購物一條龍等操作手法，為了維持市場秩序，將透過推動優質行程及提升旅遊品質改善市場情況。

觀光局表示，將從限縮購物點著手，要求一般團及優質團再減少一站高單價購物點，讓旅遊團無法以購物佣金彌補團費，且必須調漲團費。

觀光局也持續進行稽查，若有陸客團違反規定擅加購物行程、購物商店停留時間，或有強迫旅客進入或留置購物商店等，將停止大陸觀光團業務一個月至一年。

羅嘉仁合約未談妥　加盟犀牛先當佈局投手

義大犀牛在選秀會抽中的旅美投手羅嘉仁，合約尚未與犀牛敲定，領隊謝秉育說：「之前已跟他的經紀公司談了兩次，有談到價碼，雙方當然有落差，進度會比較慢，不過我們誠意百分之百，看看7月底前能不能談好。」犀牛預定給羅嘉仁2年複數年合約，但謝秉育表示，要給幾年合約不是重點，本周三、四應該會再跟經紀公司談。
 
羅嘉仁在美職都擔任救援投手，未來加入犀牛，勢必也從牛棚出發，目前犀牛有偉克、坎諾兩名終結者，定位跟羅嘉仁重疊，先前總教練大威曾表示，球團希望偉克能轉先發，不過，偉克覺得自己比較適合後援，因此下半季開打後，到底要留偉克或坎諾當終結者，教練團很傷腦筋。
 
對羅嘉仁的用法，大威表示，對他了解不多，有透過電視轉播看他投過幾次，大概了解他為何沒留在大聯盟，球速是有，但控球可以再調整，未來羅嘉仁加入，不會馬上讓他擔任救援投手，而是會從佈局投手開始，投第8局。
 
另外，犀牛已分別與投手蔡欣宏、黃思漢及野手蔡友達談妥合約，但球團暫不公布合約內容，將與其他新人都談完合約後一併公布，謝秉育表示，希望能在本周三、四把這些新人的合約都搞定。(羅惠齡／台北報導)

本報「世足看聯晚，大獎搬回家」猜猜樂第一階段活動，預測「巴西是否能晉級前16強」，已於上月26日截止，昨天進行抽獎，共抽出63個獎品，由社長羅國俊抽出前三個大獎，頭獎為市價2萬5900元的Panasonic42吋電視一台，得主是住在新北市汐止的彭先生，對於能抽中大獎感到很驚喜，表示會繼續參加第二階段的猜獎。

彭先生是在精品店上班，年輕時喜歡打羽球和網球，但世界杯四年一次總得關心一下，早在開打前一個月，他就開始研究各隊實力和陣容，並且熟悉世足生態與節奏。

談到本屆世足的爭冠大勢，他認為地主巴西奪冠最被看好，對德國隊也印象深刻，腳法細膩，戰術組織完整，團隊合作默契十足，展現出爭冠實力，但他看好巴西擁有主場優勢，一旦雙雄對決拚冠，巴西勝出機率較高。

第二階段的猜猜樂活動已於上月27日展開，至7月5日截止，預測題目為「阿根廷隊是否能晉級4強？」，仍有多項大獎等著大家搬回家。
