宇昌生技公司（現已改名中裕）創辦人、中央研究院院士何大一日前表示，當年藍營批評宇昌案是「把自己的小孩殺死」。對此國民黨立委蔡正元今在臉書發文，指何利用職務之便當「掮客」，「何大一從這個『孩子』身上拿走一億元「技術股」或「佣金股」，現在應該翻了好幾倍了，何大一有什麼好抱怨的？」

何大一日前表示，宇昌生技公司原是政府拿開發基金的錢來打造，並無問題，後卻因政治因素「將自己小孩殺死」，事實上宇昌根本沒問題，何也說醫藥及生技產業在美國都不受政治干預，這些批評的政客實在不成熟。

蔡正元則是反批說，國民黨從沒有人認為，政府基金不該投資愛滋病的相關生技業，也沒有人認為不應投資宇昌案，「藍營立委質疑的問題，到現在仍然適用，始終不是投資問題，而是職務分際問題。」且這個問題不會因蔡英文不起訴就消失，不可轉移焦點。

蔡正元提出質疑，蔡英文從行政院副院長退職後，可不可以馬上向政府基金要資本，去投資創業，而且過程快速的不可思議，「如果蔡英文可以這麼做，即使不涉及刑事責任，其他人可不可以群起效法？」

蔡正元還指出，何大一擔任政府基金的審查人員，針對同一個技術投資案，何大一先審查不通過，再跑去找原技術擁有者，重新包裝引進台灣設廠。縱使這廠做的很成功，「但審查人員身兼兩種角色，先予以否決政府投資，再扮演掮客去重新包裝仲介回來要政府投資。」他質疑，何大一可以這麼做，別人可不可以也群起效法？

蔡正元甚至直批，至於宇昌案這個「孩子」並沒有死，何大一從這個「孩子」身上拿走一億元「技術股」或「佣金股」，現在應該翻了好幾倍了，何大一有什麼好抱怨的？(顏凡裴／台北報導)
