泰大選無效 反對派嗆再抵制

〔編譯詹立群／綜合報導〕泰國政治僵局未解，二月二日國會大選至今沒有宣布結果，憲法法庭二十一日已裁決選舉無效、將擇期再選。泰國選委會表示，準備下次大選至少要三個月；但在新選舉舉行前，看守總理盈拉很可能就因為稻米貪瀆案遭到彈劾下台。

憲法法庭法官以六比三投票判決大選違憲，原因是選舉沒有在同一天於全國各地舉行：反政府示威阻止五分之一投票所的投票，其間二十八所連參選人都無法完成登記。

上一次泰國大選被判無效是在二○○六年，也就是盈拉的哥哥、前總理塔克辛執政期間，當時選委會說需要八個月準備大選，不料期間塔克辛就遭到政變推翻。

面對判決，反政府示威領袖蘇德已揚言絕不妥協，若有新選舉還是會盡力讓它失效。總理盈拉所屬執政為泰黨批評判決不公，堅稱該黨遵守民主遊戲規則，卻因為示威人士導致選舉無效。

路透分析，由於參議院在三月三十日將改選半數議席，預計國會中的反塔克辛勢力將過半，而肅貪委員會擬在三月三十一日就稻米貪瀆案決定是否彈劾盈拉，若建議彈劾，屆時她恐遭參院卸除職務。

獨立政治分析家瓦拉佩說，泰國法治已被政治隨意操弄。智庫暹羅資訊社政治分析師康元永向路透表示，獨立機構很明顯就是要逼盈拉政府垮台，製造權力真空，並宣告無法大選，好提名他們的人選當總理。他警告，如此將使下半年情況比上半年更糟。
