反服貿現場濺血！4男無故砸警車　持西瓜刀砍傷學生

學生反服貿黑箱作業的抗議現場，繼有醉漢手持汽油彈揚言引火自焚後，在今(22)日凌晨1時許，有4名男子砸毀一部警用機車，遭現場學生出面勸阻，但其中竟有人拿出西瓜刀砍人，1名學生小拇指遭砍傷。

根據《TVBS新聞台》報導，反服貿現場附近22日凌晨驚傳濺血事件。4名飆車族在林森南路與濟南路無故砸毀警車，遭學生制止後竟亮出西瓜刀反擊，1名學生左手小拇指遭砍傷，警車也被砸到變形毀損。

目擊者則表示，當時砸車的人自稱是在玩猜拳，輸的人就必須砸警車。警方獲報趕抵現場後立即將傷者送醫急救，並逮捕其中來不及逃走的2名嫌犯，將其帶回警局偵訊後，依毀損公物與傷害罪嫌送辦。

學生反服貿占領立法院活動發展至今，雖然不斷強調非暴力，但仍一直有滋事份子出面鬧事，疑似刻意製造事端，也有人企圖將不法物品混入現場。而反服貿學生團體則不斷呼籲大家要保持理性，以免此次活動蒙上負面形象或失焦。
