這份切結書是因為我未交體檢報告，但我面試當天就有跟面試人員講我要下個月5號過後才能繳交，他也說ok 但昨天把合約拿回去寫，才仔細看到，合約內容大概是本人必需在15日內繳交體檢表，若未繳交可延後發放薪資或提前終止勞動契約如果體檢表不合格或提前離職（不論離職原因）則不予發放薪資我的問題是，如果我簽下這份切結書，萬一我超過時間沒交而公司用提前終止我勞動契約那我的薪水不但全部都領不到我這段時間是在免費幫他們做事呢，請問這符合勞基法嗎？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.129.52.112
