彩色馬鈴薯皮薄 靠人力採收

〔自由時報記者詹士弘／雲林報導〕馬鈴薯有粉紅色的，有影嘸？斗南鎮農會為多元發展，新引進四款有不同顏色的馬鈴薯，其中粉紅色最可愛、紫色有花青素，各有特色，希望透過外皮顏色鮮艷的新種馬鈴薯創造新商機。

斗南鎮農會供銷部主任張耀裕表示，新引進的粉紅、白色等馬鈴薯，彩色馬鈴薯口感、味道及產量與傳統馬鈴薯差不多，但因皮薄、不適合機械採收，全靠人力採收，將墊高生產成本，未來推廣時，擬採四色混合種植，供民眾採「果」。
