新北市成立環保派出所加強取締民眾亂丟垃圾，站崗、加裝監視器蒐證，昨公布去年度共開罰2083件亂丟垃圾案件，罰款從3000元起跳，其中有14人違規達3次以上、遭重罰6000元，另環保局也發現中和區、三重區、新莊區分別為取締亂丟垃圾前3名，比對前年排名，上述區域也包辦前3名，堪稱新北市「丟包熱區」。（方佳怡╱新北報導）
