普丁：不會阻撓民眾上網

俄羅斯總統蒲亭(Vladimir Putin)今天(1日)說，克里姆林宮不考慮限制俄國民眾上網。

外界對俄國與西方國家，因為烏克蘭危機而陷入關係緊張之際，擔心克宮可能會因此限制俄國與西方世界的網際網路連結，因此蒲亭的說法，等於是化解了外界的憂慮。

蒲亭是在今天出席俄羅斯國家安全會議(national security council)時，表達上述立場，不過他也同時表示，俄國必須擁有保護國家網路的控制權，以對抗不斷滋生的網路駭客攻擊。

國營俄羅斯新聞社(RIA Novosti)引述蒲亭的話報導：「今天我們必須要發展與落實一些保護資訊安全的特別措施，並且有必要強化俄國通訊網路及訊息資源的安全。」

不過，蒲亭說：「我們不打算限制(俄國人民的)網路連結，也不會將網際網路置於國家的全面控制之下。」
