夫被控「豬由仔」收賄　薛貞國妻告市議員鍾小平

台北市警局信義分局警員薛貞國日前在夜店SPARK遭人圍毆致死，台北市議員鍾小平卻在頭七前夕爆料，薛貞國是信義分局收賄的「豬油仔」之一。對此，薛貞國的妻子22日上午前往台北地檢署按鈴控告鍾小平涉嫌侮辱誹謗死者罪，並附帶民事求償。

鍾小平19日前往台北市警局檢舉薛貞國收規費，為信義分局的「豬油仔」之一。鍾小平以香港電影《雷洛傳》為例，指控薛貞國是信義分局向廠商收賄的豬油仔們之一，由前副分局長石明哲（石頭）指揮向轄區10多家夜店，每家收10萬到15萬元規費，並透過乾股的形式支付。

薛貞國妻子上午偕同薛貞國的哥哥、弟弟，以及律師，至台北地檢署按鈴控告鍾小平涉嫌侮辱誹謗死者罪，並附帶民事求償。

薛家的委任律師周武榮表示，薛貞國是因為刑責區夜店發生糾紛，不想麻煩同事，即使休假也緊急前往處理，卻被外界誤解是「喬事情」、「圍事」，更可惡的是。還有人說薛是收賄的門神。

周武榮表示，為了捍衛死者的名譽，以後只要還有人再損毀薛名譽，詆毀一次就他告一次。
