不滿炭燒味　男子持滅火器朝店家狂噴

台北市西門町一名許姓男子，不滿樓下燒肉店炭火灰燼飄散，竟然手持滅火器朝店家與店員狂噴，造成店員差點失明，現在雙方鬧上法院，互告傷害。

根據華視新聞報導，15號晚間6點左右，45歲的許姓男子曾因不滿煙塵太大，跑到燒肉店和店家理論，在警方調解下，店家答應7天內改善。

不料，許姓男子28日晚仍不滿燒肉店炭火灰燼飄散，竟然在路邊收集4具滅火器，手持滅火器朝店家與店員狂噴。店內消費用餐的顧客紛紛走避，2名男工讀生眼睛也受到化學性灼傷，所幸送醫治療後已無大礙。

警方趕到後將許男帶回派出所偵訊，訊後將他依恐嚇及毀損等罪移送法辦。鄰居表示，許男個性很偏激，失控並非首次，現在雙方鬧上法院，也互告傷害。
