調查推估 全台有78萬兒童有便秘問題

中華民國兒童保健協會上個月針對全台1244個家庭進行「兒童腸道問題調查」，今天下午公布調查結果，其中有506個家庭中的小朋友有便秘問題，佔四成比例，據此推估，全國兒童人口相當於78萬餘位兒童深受便秘困擾。

這項調查發現，平均每十位便秘兒童的父母就有七位擔心會影響孩子的生長和發育，成為名副其實的「腹愁者」爸媽。另有五成爸媽擔心孩子因而食慾不佳，憂慮小朋友因此長不高、太瘦小，成為「哈比人」。

兒童保健協會理事長邱南昌提醒家長，應讓小朋友平常攝取較多蔬果、以及含有益生菌的飲食習慣，並養成小朋友健康排便習慣，讓小朋友不再是便便的「忍者龜」。
