施救被害人 3盜匪免死重判

離職員警葉文苑2年前夥同慣竊林順清、張錦川，侵入大園鄉代表會前主席游象經的住處偷竊，游驚醒，三人重擊游的頭部再悶死游，強盜現金、珠寶。最高法院審酌葉文苑等人曾為游象經急救，良心未泯，昨天依強盜致死罪分別判處三人16到17年徒刑不等，全案確定。

前年9月26日凌晨3時許，葉文苑與林順清、張錦川翻牆進入游宅，從廚房窗戶潛入屋內偷財物，游象經驚醒起床查看，葉、林、張恐事跡敗露，撲倒游以重物重擊游的頭部，用膠帶黏貼、綑綁游的手、腳，再轉往游妻房間，綑綁游妻並恐嚇「不要亂叫、不然劃一刀」。

不久，游象經因背頸部遭壓制呼吸困難，葉文苑等人見狀，輪流對游壓按胸部，施以心肺復甦術急救仍告無效。葉等三人見游死亡，急忙搜刮保險箱內的11萬元、飾品和珠寶匆忙逃離現場。
