國民黨台中市黨部針對今天上午蘇嘉全公開表示的「外傳國民黨已經在準備募款10億，目標在台中賄選」說法，按鈴申告蘇嘉全涉嫌誹謗、違反《選罷法》及意圖透過謠言左右選情、使人不當選。
