攜子自殺未遂 母遭判2年8月

屏東縣林姓媽媽因金錢使用不當，欠下卡債，今年2月間，趁孩子入睡，燒炭帶著孩子自殺，阿嬤奶奶返家後發現報警救回兩人，屏東地院昨天依成人故意對兒童犯殺人未遂罪，判處她有期徒刑2年8個月。

30多歲的林母無固定工作，入不敷出，因卡債不斷循環，欠下2百多萬元債務，「還不了」，一時想不開，萌生燒炭自殺念頭，「捨不得孩子一人留在世上」，趁孩子睡覺時緊閉門窗燒炭自殺，直到阿嬤回家後發現房門反鎖、煙霧迷漫，趕緊報警送醫救回兩人。

屏東縣政府社會處陳姓督導表示，母親和小孩在送醫後，孩子昏迷指數在6至7，出院後，林母有段時間不便行走，而6歲大的孩子因腦部受損，目前領有肢障手冊，未來還會針對智能部分進行後續評估。
