股市作手與經理人炒股 萬潤公司未涉入

黃姓股市作手涉嫌與佳總興業、佶優科技等上櫃公司內部公司派人士合作，將佳總、佶優與萬潤科技公司股票炒到高點，再透過白手套找來第一金投信、新光投信、元大寶來投信公司等8名基金經理人協助，以代操基金買進相關股票，牟取1億2千多萬元暴利。

據了解，黃是在2011、2012年間犯下此案，當時萬潤科技公司並未涉入，是黃等人自行購買炒股；今天上午新北地檢署偵辦本案，因萬潤公司並無涉嫌，並未前往搜索，搜索名單僅包括5間公司。

其中元大寶來投信及新光投信因涉案人已離職，檢調亦未強制搜索，改由這2家投信公司配合提供相關資料。
