高雄關翻修 外界傳「改風水」

高雄關最近大舉整修「中庭」。

因集體貪瀆案風風雨雨的高雄關，最近大肆翻修「中庭」，有人議論是「改風水 」。高雄關表示，單純是因其中的花圃長期漏水，才斥資200多萬元翻修，無關風水。

高雄關「中庭」原本有個圓型大花圃，就像個圓環，人車往來，可循圓而行。這幾天怪手及工人施工，拆掉花圃，翻修地板；一根根翻起的鋼筋糾纏不清，「鏗鏗鏗」的巨響似「魔音傳腦」。

檢調偵辦高雄關集體貪瀆案，案子似滾雪球，約談一波波，涉案人數之多及偵辦時間之長，歷來少見。海關持續低氣壓，想提早退休的關員不斷。

高雄關指出，高雄關大樓包括日據時代的建物，加上在高雄港邊，濕氣較重，花圃早就有漏水問題。每逢豪雨，外面下大雨，大樓地下室下小雨，海關飽受困擾。

高雄關經費有限，多方籌措，終於籌足發包大翻修；工作天50天，地面將整平。

曾在高雄關服務的中華科學命理研究學會理事長陳君邁說，貪瀆案涉及人性，跟組織文化等特性有關；常看到有人涉及貪瀆案就拆這拆那都沒用。
