福德智慧圖館 沒電梯挨批不便

北市規模最大的福德智慧圖書館14日剛開幕啟用，市議員陳孋輝昨實地走訪，批評該智圖位在松山家商商業大樓2樓，沒有電梯及無障礙設施，行動不便民眾根本用不到，形同排斥、歧視身障朋友，不夠資格稱為智慧圖書館。

北市圖館長洪世昌解釋說，福德智圖的電梯由松山家商施作，目前已完成規畫設計，預計年底前就可完工。

陳孋輝說，福德智圖面積204坪、藏書量達23000冊，號稱是「北市規模最大的智慧圖書館」，當地居民引頸期盼，好不容易在14日開幕啟用，市圖也宣稱未來將擴增藏書到3萬冊。

但她實地走訪，發現福德智圖位在松山家商商業大樓2樓，既沒電梯，也沒有無障礙設施，肢障、行動不便民眾根本無法使用；圖書館的軟體設計再好、藏書再多，硬體設施不及格，不夠便利與人性化，就沒資格稱為智慧圖書館。

洪世昌說，當初即與松山家商協議，智圖由市圖裝修，電梯由校方施作。因智圖已裝修完成，為讓大多數民眾能早日使用，仍先行開幕，電梯則由校方繼續處理。
