大樓總高12樓~只拉皮4到12樓(共9層)

如用二丁掛或山形磚.費用如何計算
原大樓為二丁掛要拆除+施作防水+貼新磚(連工帶料)是用每坪計算嗎?

另外鷹架每坪應多少才合理

或是一般報價已含鷹架費用?
