各位好!

最近考慮一間楊梅埔心萬大路巷子內的房子
屋齡已經30年以上了
地坪約22坪建兩層頂樓有屋頂加蓋
屋況還算可以
主要是因為附近的生活機能跟學區也不錯
屋主開550~600之間
只是要住的話還要再花筆錢整修一番
各位覺得值得買嗎?
