基隆市中山區中和路有一處岔路交會口，因為道路視線死角，過去時常發生車輛擦撞的意外，上周6月13日，吳姓工程負責人在岔路中間，架起一層樓高的綠色施工圍牆，導致多位民眾不斷向市議員楊石城投訴，今天上午楊石城與市府團隊前往會勘，連繫吳姓負責人前來說明。

吳姓負責人表示，因受北基加油站之託，要在岔路中間架設長寬各6公尺的鐵皮屋，於是就先以圍牆阻隔。有民眾投訴那就拆除，無須多加辯解，語畢他便拿起拆卸工具，親自處理圍欄問題。

楊石城建議工程單位可以架設網狀圍牆，既可區隔施工地點與一般道路，且降低機車族行進時的危險。
