盜亦有道！　偷太多錢還錢被逮

基隆市1名22歲簡姓男子，沒有工作，肚子餓到發荒，上月19日下午，爬窗潛入林姓男子屋內，偷到1只皮夾後，隨即離開現場，簡男看到皮夾內除了2萬9千元現金外，還有許多外幣，簡男心想他只是想偷點零錢，填飽肚子而已，不需要那麼多錢，隨即返回現場想還回多餘的錢時，剛進門時，因發出聲音，吵醒休息中的林姓屋主，簡見狀快腿逃離現場，林男因上了年紀，追趕不到，返家清點後，才知道皮夾被偷走，沒多久，簡嫌再度回到林家，並當場向林道歉，拿出2萬9千元現金還給林男，警方獲報正好趕到逮捕，簡嫌到了警局後，又將其他的外幣全部還給屋主，警方依竊盜罪送辦，檢方認為簡嫌得手後還會返回還錢、道歉，顯示惡性不大，屋主又不追究，同意給予緩起訴，全案偵結緩起訴處分，但需支付公庫5千元。（蔡進男／基隆報導）
