除了芝山岩上那些海生化石外

應該所有台灣島上的生物都是外來客

既然是外來客

怎麼可以在台灣設籍呢?

這是矛盾的問題

是有房子才能設籍?
or
不能買房，不能設籍?

這是很基本的邏輯吧
