ECB極度寬鬆 資金行情再起

歐洲央行（ECB）昨天宣布下調央行利率，並將央行存款利率降至-0.1%，宣示進入負利率時代，帶動美股反彈，統一投顧指出，台股離2011年2月高點9,220點剩不到100點，雖上檔反壓不輕，但在資金面有利，加上國際股市反彈下，預期指數仍維持緩步墊高格局，後續仍有高點可期。

加上台股技術面多方訊號明確、籌碼面資券增溫激勵盤面熱度，外資期現貨偏多操作，且6月有股東會、電玩、Computex電腦展、醫療、光電展，族群各擁題材，因此，預期指數將延續緩步上攻格局，操作上宜以強勢次族群為布局重心，聚焦半導體、生技、DRAM、IPC等。
