孕女墜樓案解剖 家屬質疑死因

台中市25歲吳姓女子墜樓死亡案，檢察官會同法醫昨天上午解剖相驗，初步認定是吳女墜樓時，右前額撞地、頭顱破裂而死亡，但吳女是否懷孕，因無法以肉眼辨識，已採集檢體再送化驗。

檢方也召開臨時偵查庭，吳女的媽媽、弟弟都質疑死因。吳女媽媽說，女兒很堅強，遇到任何挫折都會想辦法克服、勇敢走下去，不可能會自殺。

吳女的男友包潘郎則稱，當晚在女友生日趴時，曾為了不想女友與她的姊妹淘們太親近而起口角，小時女友的1名姊妹淘還當眾打了他一巴掌，讓他忿忿不平，回家後2人還是不斷爭吵，他有提及「一定要討回公道」，女友則反駁他「生氣沒道理」，後來女友提及要收衣服，不知為何會墜樓。

檢方現場勘查，發現2人所住的套房並無外推陽台，地面距窗戶高度有127公分，而吳女的身高有160公分，窗外地面即為天井，而窗邊的窗簾有扯破，將再追查是吳女意外墜樓時拉扯到窗簾，或有其他外力所致，檢方已查扣大樓監視器畫面，將進一步查訪證人，再深入調查。
