【動新聞】阿基師教撇步　貼紙巾揪灌水肉

不知道怎麼分辨灌水牛肉嗎？《蘋果》請來國寶名廚阿基師（鄭衍基）教你辨別撇步。

今日出刊的《蘋果》出刊，阿基師接受《蘋果》訪問時，利用1張紙巾分別覆蓋在疑為灌水的順發牛肉，及標榜不灌水的雲林縣芸彰牧場台灣牛肉上，順發牛肉的紙巾不到1分鐘即「濕到不像話」，芸彰牧場牛肉上的紙巾則表面乾爽，僅沾油脂。阿基師語重心長說，他把專業經驗講出來，是希望「良幣驅劣幣」，「公道自在人心，業者不改善自然會被市場淘汰」。（胡治言／綜合報導）
