傳江蘇停用微軟Win8

中央社譯自彭博的報導說，大陸中央電視台報導，中央政府已要求江蘇省政府不要採用微軟公司最新的操作系統，此舉正逢大陸與美國之間因經濟間諜案形成的緊張情勢升高。

江蘇省政府採購中心主任江華中（Jiang Huazhong ，音譯）在央視前天的報導中說，今年2月在接到中央政府指示後，江蘇省政府已放棄購買採用微軟Windows 8軟體電腦。

上個月，大陸中央國家機關政府採購中心將Windows 8排除在節能電腦採購名單外。江蘇省決定停止使用最新版本Windows 8之前數月，美國檢方以涉嫌偷竊美國公司機密的罪名起訴5名大陸軍官，齟齬加劇已危及雙方貿易。

微軟上個月說，「意外」得知大陸中央政府的這項決定。官方的新華社稱上個月政府採購中心的這項決定是為了「確保電腦安全」。微軟發言人魯德爾（Kathy Roeder）拒絕對央視的這項報導發表評論。
