讓失水蔬菜回鮮 義學國中科展特優

新北市立義學國中學生林彥勳在家裡廚房，看到新鮮蔬菜沒多久就乾癟，與同學張珈銘、王奕惟研究讓這些蔬菜回復鮮綠方法，就是把菜浸入30℃摻有2％白醋的水裡，經過一段時間蔬菜又會顯得新鮮有活力。

8年級的林彥勳、張珈銘、王奕惟在老師陳又君、洪寬亮指導，經過近1年的反覆實驗、記錄和比較、分析，以『轉生術「青」春不老策略－探討使蔬菜回鮮的方法及原理』為題，獲新北市科學展覽的生物科特優與「最佳創意獎」，將參加7月全國科展。
