瑞昱告輸艾薩 ITC將複審

（中央社台北2014年5月23日電）彭博報導，美國國際貿易委員會（ITC）宣布，將對法官裁定瑞昱 (2379) 專利無效，且未建立國內市場的初判進行複審。

瑞昱宣稱應用於電腦伺服器與個人電腦的積體電路侵犯其專利，尋求禁止希捷科技公司（SeagateTechnology US-STX）產品輸美，其中包括採用艾薩公司（LSI US-LSI）晶片產品。

ITC終判結果訂於7月21日出爐。

美國法官3月4日裁定，瑞昱告艾薩侵權敗訴。（譯者：中央社趙蔚蘭）
