衛星專家到大陸任職 國安局稱不涉機密

中央大學通訊系統研究中心主任陳錕山棄職投共，因其長期參與國防部中科院、電展室與國安局遙測研究計畫，外界憂心將形成洩密。對此，國安局上午回應稱，對新科技發展，都會先行切割研究分項，再委託學術單位進行基礎研究，並與國安實務工作區隔，其研究內容不涉國安機敏。
