捷運驚爆隨機殺人案，前晚東森《關鍵時刻》主持人劉寶傑氣嗆：「如果法官不判鄭捷死刑的話，我們就跟那個法官拚了」，但媒體報導劉寶傑此舉並沒獲得網友認同，不過收視卻明顯成長、打趴各台。
 
今日出版的《自由時報》報導，劉寶傑當天以尖嗓聲嘶力竭開場，誇張語調表現殺人魔鄭捷行凶過程，加劇觀眾恐慌，來賓還接力加深觀眾恐懼感。文化評論家張鐵志於專欄中批評，劉寶傑與來賓像被附身。（即時新聞中心／綜合報導）
