【捷運屠夫】網路情緒性PO文　警：「觸法一定究辦」

捷運屠夫鄭捷在捷運站持刀狂砍，遭成4死24傷的慘劇，案發後除了有人成立鄭捷粉絲團外，更不乏看見有民眾在網路上PO出情緒性發言，繼昨天淡水詹姓大學生淡水線交給我的不當發言外，《蘋果》也接獲民眾投訴，其他人開始仿效，有信義線、彰化火車站甚至苗栗線交給我等不當字眼，民眾發現後也已向警方報案。

台北市刑警大隊表示如果在網路倡議或轉載危害捷運運輸與乘客安全的訊息者，也可能違反刑法第153條「煽惑他人犯罪或違背法令罪」可處2年以下有期徒刑、拘役或1000元以下罰金，強調只要相關留言有具體事證構成犯罪要件，一定會依法究辦。（突發中心／台北報導）
