寄神主牌恐嚇親戚 婦人遭訴

楊姓婦人不滿家族遺產分配不均，與同父異母的外甥女有糾紛，楊婦為了警告外甥女，涉嫌寄送家族神主牌位與冥紙到被害人家中，遭控涉嫌恐嚇罪；台北地檢署認為，神主牌位和冥紙有詛咒意味，會讓人心生畏懼，依恐嚇罪起訴楊婦。
