劉志攻接駐英代表 駐加代表令狐榮達

駐美代表沈呂巡於四月初上任，駐英代表遺缺，確定將由國安會前副秘書長、現任駐加拿大代表劉志攻接任。駐加拿大代表，可望由現任駐洛杉磯辦事處長令狐榮達接任。

外交部高層表示，我國與英國關係近年逐漸升溫，劉志攻北美系統出身，目前駐節的加拿大，也與英國關係密切。此外劉志攻曾任駐捷克代表，對歐洲各國的政情運作也有了解，希望他能在新的職務上好好發展。

劉志攻一九五一年生，政大外交系學士，政研所碩士、博士，一九八六年進入外交部，曾任外交部北美司司長、駐捷克代表、駐外蒙代表、駐波士頓辦事處處長、駐南非大使館參事等職；也曾在美國史丹佛大學亞太研究中心擔任訪問學者、政大國關中心副研究員。
